Third Sector Performer is fundamental to the identification of knowledge and skills necessary to develop leadership and management capability in the Third Sector.

It uses National Occupational Standards (NOS for short) to describe what a leader needs to do, know and understand in their job to carry out their role in a consistent and competent way. Your contribution to Performer will see the development of an evidence base for the future development of the sector’s workforce.
